This is perplexing: I do not think that this is our Antonia because it shows her with an 82 year-old lady who is listed as her mother, but the Mother (Mary) is shown as having had 4 children with only 2 living. That is inconsistent with what we know about Anny. Also this family immigrated in 1870.
Is this her? There is a Micholis Lapina mentioned in Barbora Lang Zajicek's obituary in 1922. Micholis is the same as Nicholas. Same year of immigration and birth year is about right, but no mention earlier of this family.
