Notes - In the affidavit filled out by Blanche's sister, Camille Copeland, in 1942, she states that her parents had 10 children, that she herself was the fifth child and that Blanche was the 9th.
Verbal notes from Raymond Blecha before he died, stated that Blanche's parents (Vaclav and Barbara) had three children who were born dead, or died at a very young age. He stated that the first two were girls. That last one (also the tenth child) was male. These total numbers are consistent with what Camille wrote in her statement supporting Blanche's petition for a name change.
His is listed in Anny Zajickove's obituary in 1901, but he is not listed in the 1900 or 1910 census.
