Notes |
- Verbal notes from Raymond Blecha before he died, stated that Blanche's parents (Vaclav and Barbara) had three children who were born dead, or died at a very young age. He stated that the first two were girls. That last one (also the tenth child) was male. These total numbers are consistent with what Camille wrote in her statement supporting Blanche's petition for a name change.
Also, the 1900 census show that Barbara Zajicek says that has had 7 children, but only 5 are living with them. Source Citation: Year: 1900; Census Place: Chicago Ward 9, Cook, Illinois; Roll: T623 254; Page: 2A; Enumeration District: 237.
