He was a wonderful father to his children Randall Blecha, wife Mary, Stephen Blecha, wife Rene, & Rhonda Birkey, husband Cal. Furthermore, he will always be remembered by his 6 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren. Ray will be dearly missed by all who knew & loved him. Visitation 10am Services following at 11am Wed. March 10th, Best Funeral Services, 9380 W. Peoria Ave., Peoria. Internment Paradise Memorial Gardens, Sctsdl.
