  	Josephine Bauman, 93, of Belvidere formally of Harvard, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2015 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL. She was born February 12, 1922 in Plover, WI to Henry and Bernice (Gorral) Legler.Josephine married Herbert Bauman.  He preceded her in death in 2001.  Her and her husband farmed in McHenry County for many years.  Survivors include her sons, Herbert Bauman Jr., and Gary Bauman; grandchildren, Kerri (Dave) Roush, Mark (Christine) Bauman, Brian (Jodi) Bauman, Stacy (Marcos) Gomez; 7 great-grandchildren, David, Madilynn, Jacob, Kyle, Sophia, Gracy and Max; siblings, Rose, Julie, Anna, Leo and Henry Jr.She was preceded in death by parents, spouse Herbert and siblings, Stella, Sylvia, Carl, Walter and Mary.Per Josephine’s wishes she will be cremated with memorial services at a later date.  Burial will take place in McHenry County Memorial Park.  Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home was entrusted in the care of Josephine.  Family and friends may sign the online guest book at saundersmcfarlin.net.  For more information call Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home at 815-943-5400.
